Went in for a full head of highlights and I am still really dark underneath (not blended at all). Wanted a color change and my color looks the same as it always does. Was left with two inches of roots at my bang line because they were not highlighted. Was in the salon for almost four hours for mediocrity. In my opinion, it took as long as it did it was because the stylist was working on two people at the same time the whole time I was there.
