Initially they were late and I had to walk around until the stylist showed up. Once she arrived, she was very knowledgeable about hair, and she did an excellent job. With Keratin, you know in 3 months if it was worth the effort.

Great cut and color. Perfect way to try a new place. Jae was very new but because of that, listened to what I wanted and didn't do her own thing. Will return.
