I highly recommend Hidden Haven Farms to anyone with young children who want to learn and experience life on a farm. Everyone at HH Farms were very friendly and showed the kids the many aspects of life on a farm. It was well worth the trip.

They taught us how to steer and control the pace of the horse. So Instead of my horse just following the one in front of it, I got to practice being in control. After the horse ride, I pet pigs, piglets and goats.

We had a great time, though the only aspect that may prevent us from recommending to friends is the drive (particularly driving that dirt road in a sedan -- the road wasn't in the best of conditions).

The Trail Guide, Monica, was very pleasant and did a great job. We had a good time. The dirt road to the farm needs better marking at the paved road. More trails for riding would be good also.

Thank you for being so patient with us "never riden before people"! The staff was really fun and taught us a lot about riding and safety around horses. We had a great time.

It's hidden alright!.....but it was super fun for the kids...we got to milk a goat, feed the chickens and pigs, etc...I wish there was more about the bees, but oh well...
