Made appnmt 3wks in advance for mani pedi. When I show up she tells me that she can't do my pedi because she hurt her back and cant bend over so I'm only getting my mani. Spends the entire time on the phone. Nails looked horrible, never got credit.

Didn't like my no chip came off the next day. Nor did I like the service recieved. appt time was 9:30 I didn't grt seen til a little after 10:30 n didnt leave til 1:00
