Thank you for my spa day. I like to go to different places to see what is out there. I really enjoyed the people....very friendly. Joe is amazing....definately knows his stuff. The mani pedi was very good too....what a sweet and funny girl!

Customers liked to be treated like they really matter by people who act professional. For example, someone who smacks and pops gum and pays more attention to a friend visiting than a customer, who must wait and receive less than other customers, is not appreciated. Clipping skin with clippers can be painful and unpleasant looking afterwards. Not everyone likes to look at body jewelry.

Blatant overcharging of basic and less than mediocre services guarantee I will never spend money at this "salon & medispa" or recommend a friend to come here ever. Worse $99 I've ever wasted. You can't even tell I had anything done because the service was almost non-existent. I'd like a refund.

The stylist assigned to me obviously needed more training. She had to consult with another stylist several times on my hair color. The hair cut was the worst I'd ever had. It was uneven and there were scorched ends from where she held the dryer too close. I will not be going back to this salon.

I was really unhappy with the way my hair turned out. I don't think Joy knows how to do highlights.

Worst spa experience. I felt better going in then coming out.

Was dirty, not organized, and would never go back.
