Very nice job, very prompt and communicative

I bought this because I have to study 10-12 hours a day and don't have time to clean. Seeing as I've always got my nose poked in a book, I should have known to read the fine print - Zen Cleaners services the Altamonte area, which is not where I live. Jenny was awesome about working with me, though, and made the trip across town. I turn the ringer off my phone and don't always answer; she was patient with me. Oh, and the cleaning? It looks like I'm one of those people who actually clean their bathrooms and the kitchen before it pulls their socks off. No, this is not a spring cleaning - that's not what was advertised and not what I was after. I can invite people over now without being embarrassed, I can cook while feeling like I have a Martha Stewart spotless kitchen, I can shower without feeling like I should be cleaning the tub instead of myself. Thanks, y'all.

JENNY was super prompt in responding to my texts/calls. I was very impressed with the thorough job ZEN cleaning solutions team performed, So I hired them for regular cleaning maintenance.

They were great.

Able to get an appointment within a weeks notice.Very friendly staff. Did a thorough cleaning of all that was on the list.

The owner was in great communication. They did a good job but were very quick and did not pay real attention to detail. I am happy with it as a basic cleaning job, but not as a detailed deeper cleaning. For example we paid extra to have them clean one extra bedroom, and they left without even touching the glass closet doors.

The team was 2 hours late to start with - then they said they would only clean 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and 3 living areas although I told Jenn that I needed a thorough 'move in' cleaning. I paid for what equated to a 5 hour cleaning period and the team of 4 only stayed 1 hour and paced themselves to only complete the above mentioned areas of the house. In addition, in those few areas they did clean, they were not thorough - the mantle in the living room was not dusted at all and was covered in dust. I had another appointment scheduled for a 'move out' cleaning of the house I'm leaving and called Jenn so we could discuss my expectations and make sure there were no other miscommunications. She still has never returned the call. I would NOT recommend this company.
