Your customer service was sad. You didn't even remember your appointment with me. Another woman knew who I was meeting with before you did. You washed my hair in cold water, and scratched my scalp with your nails. The "deep conditioning" was simply a leave in that I do all the time at home. That was not a deep conditioning. And while you left me laying cold in the uncomfortable wash chair, you took your smoke break. I could hardly breathe once you returned. Working that close to someone, you'd think you could manage to wait. We return to trim my hair and I tell you I want it all trimmed, but I do not want my layers cut short. I'm trying to grow those out. Every other salon I have been to, and I have been to a lot, go ahead and trim EVERYTHING so the split ends do not get worse. You did not trim my layers and when asked to do so, you had attitude. You almost acted as if the layers would be difficult to find. You the proceeded to PULL on my hair while cutting my layers. So hard that it tilted my head. A little passive aggressive? I think so. Nevermind the fact you hardly separated my layers and found all of it. You just went to random spots and trimmed. I was very disappointed in the service and attitude.
