With the understanding that they're still students, it takes much longer and requires more patience to get your hair done here - but has the trade off of decent prices.

I enjoyed my massage. My therapist was good, but it was definitely no frills.

Fantastic place and recommendable to everyone I cross paths with that needs some high quality work at a bargain price. I've been going since the grand opening and I'm hooked! I go to both places the massage and salon. The students and instructors are friendly and knowledgable so I'm glad this place exists. :) I have an appt on the 17th so ill be seeing you guys soon.

understanding they are learning but need to be more professional and not complaining the time they are there to work on your hair. individual also started to debate w/instructor re instructions that were given. again, not very professional

Great experience

The student that I had was very professional and was exceptional in the areas of hair shampooing, leg and hand massage during the pedicure and manicure. For other students, I recommend that, although it is a "school" situation and gossiping and laughing are part of such an environment, I believe that students should remember that they do deal with customers. By that comment, I suggest that horseplay, laughing, and gossiping around customers should be kept to a minimum. Professionalism is part of this industry and should be practiced when customers are being worked on.

Very disorganized, took about 5 hours for a basic facial and trim. And somehow that used the full $50 coupon.....hmmmm. However, each girl I actually worked with was wonderful; caring, concerned, really listed, and just very very sweet. I will go again, but never for more than one service at a time.
