Nice environment. Comfortable waiting area. They noticed my brakes were dangerously low (and i was heading off for a long road trip), and worked with me so i could get on the road safely. I was surprised to not find a lot of customers there. Nice place.

It was the service tech's first day on the job, the mechanic quit the day before, it seemed like there were too many businesses operating out of the same display room. Plus their signage with their name was very hard to see.

Very slow service, have to schedule an appointment a week in advance, v-e-r-y, v-e-r-y s-l-o-w service. They often don't answer the phone and let it go to the answer machine. S-L-O-W.
