It was not a very good experience but the service they gave was okay.. not the best though

Nice people got in quick. Only problem is that it was super hot the owner didn't want to turn on the ac! The other customers and employees were complaining as well! The stylist who did my hair must have not been working on hair to long. Cause I asked her to straighten my hair so she blew it dry for a couple minutes then tried to straighten it with the flat iron while my hair while it was still dripping wet! She didn't even want to blow dry it with a round brush like it's normally done. I would really do some thinking before I go back.

Lin or Linda was my "stylist" I came in for a riot touch up then got talked into getting a retouch on my bayalage As well. 3.5 hours later I walked out with fried corn husk bleached highlights causing my hair to break off. Lin or Linda was too preoccupied with attending other customers that she over bleached my hair! I was horrified and left in tears. Work on one customer at a time next time.
