Make sure to watch the Documentary about the war in the Pacific and the battles on U.S. soil in the Aleutian. It really puts into perspective the whole inception of Anchorage/Alaska as a state.

Alaska aviation history comes alive at this museum! Come face-to-face with planes, engines, a flight deck simulation and more! Friendly, informative service at the welcoming desk for a fun, interactive museum. Allot a good 4-5 hours to tour.

There is so much fascinating exhibits to see and film presentation to watch and enjoy that you should allow your self plenty of time so that you can take your time and enjoy everything the museum has to offer. I would highly recommend it
