About Fat Ptarmigan

The roaring fire inside Fat Ptarmigan isn't just good at warming visitors' spirits. It also fills their stomachs. In the open kitchen, Chef Guy Conley feeds wood into the brick oven, raising it to the perfect temperature to melt housemade mozzarella and cook 16 signature pizzas. Many of these pies come topped with unexpected ingredients, as with the Beer Cheese pizza's reindeer sausage and beer-cheese sauce. But no matter which one diners choose, they're likely to find a local craft beer that pairs with their selection at the bar.

Like the pizzas, the appetizers and desserts are made for sharing. Parties might start with servings of housemade hummus or cheesy artichoke-spinach dip, and close out meals with cannoli, white-chocolate pumpkin cheesecake, and mocha panna cotta.
