It is very obvious the owner cares about her clients! She worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied! I highly recommend hot tips!!!

Tisha, the "esthetician" who applied my eyelash extensions, clearly did not know what she was doing. Eyelash extensions are supposed to be glued on one to one (one extension per lash) - she glued on one extension per 5+lashes, causing not just one lash to fall out, but all 5 (or more!). The extensions she applied were way too long for what my lashes could handle, and even though I took immaculate care of my lashes, the extensions broke my natural lashes in half, and some of my natural lashes fell out completely. I have never seen such a botched job in my life. I should have known she didn't know what she was doing bc she was cussing under her breath the whole time she was applying them.

The owner and sole employee of this salon seems overworked and stressed. She had to stop and take a break during my session because her neck was hurting so bad, she couldn't even move.

The service provider arrived late, the room was freezing cold, she kept swearing and talking to herself during the eyelash procedure. Very gruff; little bed-side manner. I would not recommend eyelash services... I'm still picking glue off my bottom lashes. I've had permanent eyelashes before... These are scratchy and very poor quality lashes.

I was stood up, cancelled on and asked to leave on mulitple occasions while trying to get my service done. I found the owner crying one day in her office. She only finished one eye completely. I was also double booked with another client. She asked my to leave my oppoinment without finishing my 2nd eye. I was never given anything that I was promised. I will never go back.

Was very unhappy with how my lashes turned out. They looked horrible and when I tried everything to get them off I pulled out my real lashes. Plus she didn't even answer the phone when I called to schedule my appointment, I had to text to get a response. Should have been a warning from that point.

She was very unprofessional and didn't explain the procedure. After telling her I wanted them off she could book me an appointment so now I have to pay 85$ for her mistake. And the eyes were hurting so bad j had to ripe 4 patche of my real eyelashes off for relief
