I enjoyed my facial with Delainie (sp) however it was not very relaxing with the cafe next door blasting their stereo. It wasn't very pleasant at all! Also, I would have liked being offered a gown or at least the opportunity to remove my top and have a sheet draped over myself rather than have a facial in a shirt and have her try to massage my neck, arms, decolletage while not worrying whether or not she was going to get product on my clothes! It just was a little weird to lie on top of a table fully clothed trying to relax and get a facial. This was a first for me and I didn't enjoy it. Delainie (sp) did a great job and I liked her a lot. Thanks.
