take your own flatware. The plastic spoon they give you is small and too flimsy for the pasta.

The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. Most Italian restaurants precook and store their pasta in serving portions, then re-warm to save time. Thus most pasta is horribly overcooked. Not so for Pasta Avanti. Great job. Sauces were really well prepared as well. Just the right balance of sweet and spicy.

Fast and friendly, next PAC event we'll be back for more. Big bowl of pasta with great flavors. Think I'll try chicken pesto penne next time.
