Great service from Sherai!

It's only been a day, but I've already received many complements on my new hair style. Sharai did a great job of taking my description of what I wanted and making it a reality. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

My Hairstylist Sharai (probably spelled wrong) was fantastic, did an amazing job with my hair, I might need to go back and get some more highlights in my hair.

Stylist had bad communication. I asked for the highlights I have had for many years at multiple locations. Apparently they don't add any color while doing the highlights, but apply a "glaze" later. She said other places call it toner. She said it would be hard to see, which I am used too - I have dark hair. However, I can't see a dang speck of color. She said afterwards it would have shown up better if it was either low lights or full color - Well she should have said something before hand.
