Kim was wonderful and very professional. The spa had a nice look to it, however the atmosphere was lacking. The spa door was not open at 10:00 am (Spa's stated hours), however, the gal with the key was upfront off and on. The start of my visit was greeted by a yelling child. I didn't get the spa upscale feeling. Kim was great and I would refer my friend to her.

Kim was great and I love my haircut. I was not, however, impressed with the keratine hair treatment. I'm glad I didnt pay full price for it.

She rushed through the procedure which I did not appreciate. She did not apply the keratin section by section nor did she straighten my hair section by section. She was very friendly and easy to talk to - I just wish she didn't rush through the procedure and cut through the proper steps. I probably would have gone back to her if she had taken her time and done the procedure properly...
