Hair was great
Facial was one of the worst for the price and left my face inflamed and severely red. I should have been informed that there was a peeling component to the facial. I do not recommend facials at this establishment

I'm not sure if it's cheap.....but I did the semi-permanent mascara application & the lady seemed to not be very experienced at doing the application. She keep sticking sharp objects very dangerously near my eye (trying to separate my lashes) and that was bothersome. I also lost a lot of lashes & the mascara only lasted about 9 days.
