good experience

Our son is autistic, and it's impossible to get a good pic of him. The photographer was great, and we got several good ones!

Love some of the pictures, but not happy the way you let us choose them. I'd like to be able to look over them by myself for awhile. Girl said if your not sure you like a picture, she would "put it aside" to choose later if you want it, but when I asked to go back to see a couple, she said they were "GONE" already. Also, she showed me a package where you can get 35 on CD, but then kept trying to get me to narrow it down to ten. I never said I wanted to purchase only ten. VERY unhappy with that process but next time I will be ready for it. The worst was that I wear glasses and the girl kept saying there was a glare..."those are pretty thick glasses" Can we say, rude? "Put your head down so there isn't a glare" Well, how can you take a good picture with your head down? I had one family shot with a glare, and then two family shorts both looking down. AWFUL. Seems like she could have done something different with the lighting. Dissapointed with the person who took photos and the one of me (the family ones were the only ones I was in). But one she took of my daughter was exceptionally good, and worth the other problems...cutest picture!

A little pricey

Our pictures turned out great thanks to our photographer Holly and she was a lot of fun to work with! Everyone at Clix Allen was very friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

The lady we worked with was amazing with my 3 month old son. She really knew how to keep his attention and make him smile even though he was he was grumpy that day. Thank You!

It would be nice to be able to go home and have an allotted amount of time to go online and order the kind of prints you want.

Price is above average

I would suggest that Photographers are better trained in the aesthetics of the photos, what background looks best with the clients dress, along with being able to put the clients into poses that are appealing along with being able to see, prior to the picture being taken items that may not reflect on the best picture being taken. Simply just more education of the photographers and better knowledge on the cameras that are being used.
