Mindy is an incredibly talented stylist. I feel comfortable she is going to give me the best hair cut... And facial everytime I have the opportunity to see her. I would encourage everyone to give her a try.

She did a good job with massaging my face but did not explain the products she was using or even ask my skin type for choosing the appropriate product. I have only had a few facials but they did include massaging the arms and hands also so I expected a little more pampering.

The service at Salon Zen was terrible. The stylist seemed to be in a rush. Didn't have time for the customer. She treated the customer poorly and rushed her out the door. Even though the customer was trying to get some other services completed, the stylist just wanted to complete her one task and be done. It was very unprofessional.
