Their operation hours (or open bounce time) are limited and it will be closed if there is a party going on. Not a spacious place like Jungle Java, and pretty much no food available other than a vending machine for water bottles. Nevertheless, my daughter really loved the place.

Nice place for younger children to play. Accommodations for adults are lacking though. There are a few chairs & benches for adults to sit on, but no tables or ability to drink water/coffee/tea/etc... since beverages are not sold or permitted inside the play rooms, even though there is are tiled areas physically separated from the play areas where the chairs are placed.

GenerallyThey don't have child accessible toilet toilets, that's a minus. They don't have diaper changing tables, in the men's bathroom, another minus. No one monitors the play area, a job for parents that is rarely carried out. I have no real issue with any of these criticisms, as I am generally well prepared for most child related situations.

The kids love the oversize boxing gloves and the 2 rooms! Loads of fun! Kids wondered where the blowup jousting things were... Did not see them this time. Loved the popcycles afterward!

Normally attend their weekday pop and play. This is the first we have gone to an open jump on the weekend. It was not overly crowded and we had fun. One thing I would recommend is to have jump city employee monitor jump area periodically to enforce no running rule and less rough housing. We have small kids (2 and 4), there were several older kids rough housing and running around. Our children were knocked down and pushed a few times. We are pretty attentive especially in places like this, some parents are not. Again, we really love this place and will continue to frequent and hope jump city will help remind everyone of rules and to be careful.

My kids love Jump City. It is a great place to release some energy. Just wish they had better hours for working moms.
