Please tip the young women that perform your service.

Just takes a long time.

It is important to greet customers when they arrive. Sat there for 15 minutes before someone acknowledged that we were even there. Hope they have had a chance to update the pedicure / nail room. The pedicure chair was on the wrong side of the wall so there was no access to an outlet.

My highlights looks great the cut is significantly shorter then I wanted. The service was unprofessional. My technician barly spoke to me. I felt uncomfortable the whole time. I won't be going back.

Absolutely would NOT recommend this place!!! Owner was rude, and setup is a joke.

Worst manicure/pedicure experience of my life. The people were friendly/pleasant enough, but the experience was terrible. Atmosphere: Eerie feeling being in the basement of a strip mall, no natural light, just florescent lighting. No music. No one else, at all, in the building. Just the "student" doing my service and the "teacher" who only stepped in once to ask how it was going (did not evaluate work) and was not around or visible at all during the service. Quality of service: the polish choices was sparse, tough to find one I liked, and it ended up being old and sticky and wouldn't go on smooth. Had to had nails entirely repainted and still didn't come out smooth and did not dry well.

They don't have many nail colors. No one checked the students work before I left.

I guess I didn't realize the place would be so run down. I should have expected it since it didn't cost much. It is not very clean as in the towels that they use etc., The staff are very friendly and the girls did a good job but since they are students expect any service to take a long time. The mani-pedi took 1 1/2 hours with 2 girls working on me so give yourself enough time. Also, unlike other beauty schools where you don't tip you should give a tip here.

We were there for close to two hours, our mani/pedis looked bad, and they smudged as soon as I got into my car. I had to stop at another nail salon and use their polish remover before I went out with friends afterward. The girls were very nice but very unprofessional. Also, really inconvenient hours and impossible to get ahold of on the phone.

The atmosphere is not spa like at all, which is okay except the students were not professional at all. I am not sure if there was a supervisor present but my nail tech was not paying attention to my nails. He was speaking with a fellow student about weekend plans. The fellow student used obscene language and then when my nail tech saw my face he mentioned something to her. Then to make it even more akward, the nail tech gets a surprise visit from his child's mother. She leaves the child while he is in the middle of doing my nails, he stops my nails to hug his child AND informs me that he has not been able to see his child in months........I will NEVER return.
