Very good work, but hard to understand what they were saying

There was a lit of waiting and they did not take the time to blow out my hair - just put me under the dryer. Normally I get a high feeling great after I leave a salon. Not this time.

Theyndo nor undersatand what are you telling them. You ask for a hair cut and they make something completely different. Do not waste uour money on this.

They do not speak English very well. But I was more concern about the treatment. I had gone for the Japanese hair straightening treatment. After first wash, my hair are damaged and in a very bad condition now.

The worst customer service ever and mediocre technique. Avoid this place! The owner/hair dresser is shady and does not honor the coupon and makes you pay extra. WHILE she's cutting your hair, she keeps bringing up money and asking if you'll pay more. Also, she refuses to style or dry your hair unless you pay them extra even though the coupon includes the services. When you bring this up, they'll blow dry your hair for 2-3 min while they roll their eyes and wave their half-broken blow dryer around.
