The experience at Blackwater Distilling was AMAZING!! We love the opportunity for the 1-on-1 experience with Owner Andy learning about the history of Balckwater Distilling, vodka and rum. It was a great date night for me and my honey! (We did not have any food so we are not comfortable ranking the food.) A great experience and highly recommended!

Chris Cook explained the processes and told us the VERY interesting story of the distillery. Then he escorted us to the Tavern where we tasted some wonderful spirits and ate some terrific food, too.

Great tour - very knowledgeable guide. Product tastes great - we ended up buying 5 bottles! We really learned a lot and had such a nice time during the tour. Loved the ambiance, too! :)

The staff was very knowledgeable about the different vodkas, rum and whiskeys. He even shared some humor which made the tasting very enjoyable.

Great staff and great spirits. Also ask to try and buy the cocktail vinegars, trust me.
