my hairstylist was attentive and meticulous. She gave very good recommendations.

If you have American clientele, it's important for the customer to be able to communicate what is wanted. I got something that is totally what I didn't want. When I entered the salon, my gut said to leave but I had purchased this and didn't want to lose the money...I think I would have been better off losing the money!

It took 3 hrs. Girlb was very nice but didnt listen to me I wanted it shorter and she hurried me for at the end for her next cuatomer. Love my lowlights. Rate about 6

Don't set an appointment if none of the hairstylists know how to color!!!!!! Worst service ever!!!!! I will never come back to this salon nor will I never recommend it to anyone!!!!!!!!!
