And Kobe Steak & Seafood's menu isn't limited to just teppanyaki-style cooking. Behind the sushi bar, a separate team of chefs assembles platters of fresh-sliced nigiri, sashimi, and more than 40 different rolls. Although Kobe Steak & Seafood's cooking may be traditional, its decor is thoroughly modern. A circular bar dominates the center of the space, complete with a crystal teardrop chandelier suspended from the ceiling.
