Staff at this restaurant are ALWAYS friendly and service oriented = positive experience. Sometimes kids go a bit crazy and get scream-ie and run around the restaurant, but that is the parent's issue/responsibility and not the fault of the restaurant.

The pizza on the most part is not the greastest. The crust could be better, a little soggy and bland. The salad bar could have a few more toppings. However, the prices of the buffet is good.

I enjoy eating at the restuarant, but the last two times I have been in there they are slow about replacing missing pizzas.

I always wish they would come by and pick up dirty plates as we use them. Every cicis I have been to leaves us with piles of plates on our table as we eat. We have to move them to empty tables ourselves to have room to eat.
