Horrible experience. She scheduled the appointment without too much difficulty, but then never provided any of the photos. She does not respond to phone calls, texts, or e-mails from her website. Very unprofessional as we spent the time to have the photo shoot and coordinate getting multiple people together, but have nothing to show for it.
