Rip off. Had repairs done on my unit. I was quoted $1000 dollars or so for the job. I paid another company less then $300. Contacted the Manager who visited and explained the repair was completed for less then $300, and that the diagnostics was wrong. The explanation I got was similar to, "We like to replace the entire motor when these things happen." If that is the case please in the future give two quotes, one with the proper diagnostics, and secondly the option to replace what is affordable to replace.
