About Aloha! Massage & Spa

Natasha Kennedy knows what it feels like to be stressed. Along with being the owner of Aloha! Massage and Spa, the massage therapist is a licensed aesthetician, holistic nutrition coach, nursing student, and mother of five. She uses her knowledge and experience to help others who might be leading busy, stressful, or overwhelming lives. At Alhoa!, she provides five different massage styles including Swedish, deep-tissue, and hot-stone massage. In LomiLomi massages, she uses her forearm to stroke the body and mimic the waves of the ocean or splash after a cannon ball. Meanwhile, her mommy-to-be and post natal massages aim to ease labor pains and reduce stress. All of her techniques bring about various benefits including improved circulation, enhanced sleep quality, and decreased anxiety.
