This takes place in the tasting room, bar, and restaurant, where in addition to sipping samples, drinking pints, or ordering growlers of beer to go, guests can order from a full food menu. During lunch and dinner, chefs prepare meals that pair well with beer and are made from fresh, locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible. These dishes include their signature Wisconsin poppers, honey-glazed jalapeno peppers stuffed with Wisconsin white cheddar and cream cheese, rolled in panko, fried, and served with chipotle-ranch dipping sauce.
