They want you to leave happy with your style, they are perfectionist when it comes to your color with great advise how to upkeep your new look, not your typical hurry you through so they can get to the next client, it's lets do your style perfect from shampoo to blow dry. Each stylist has their own private room so if you have some "special needs" that you want to keep private, that is the way it will remain.
