Jade, who did my facial was excellent. Made the experience (first facial) very positive. Definitely would return.

The express facial was absolutely wonderful. It is the best one that I have ever received. Very comfortable environment and friendly people.

Staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the quiet & cozy atmosphere. I had a very relaxing experience. I was there for a pedicure and facial. I would definitely recommend visiting.

The person who performed the facial was very nice. However, she neglected to make sure her equipment was turned on properly, and as a result, there was interruption in the process of doing the facial. She had to leave the room twice to heat a towel in the microwave. Was this microwave used for equipment or the staff to heat/cook their food? This was a big turnoff, and I don't think I would return.

The facial was extremely rushed and not relaxing at all. I felt that the lady who did the facial was inexperienced and shouldnt be doing facials or should have some professional training. She only took of a little bit of my existing mascara but left me looking like a raccoon without offering any makeup remover for when I left. The hot towels were nice but I had water running down my neck since they were too saturated. I purchased an express facial for 30 minutes that ended up being about 15 minutes at best. So, no i would not suggest going to Tanning on the Edge for anything but tanning based on my experience.
