They are the best! They have Zumba classes every day at 9;30am. And at night for everyone to attend. Lisa the owner is always planning new dances for all ages.love it!

The instructor was fabulous! She was very talented, explained the moves well, and accommodated those with not prior experience. I will go back!

This is not your Silver-Sneakers-at-the-Y class. This was some serious fun and an intense workout. The instructor took time to show the moves before each new song, and the regulars seemed to already know what to expect. I look forward to becoming one of the regulars.
