I was up sold on every service and given treatments I have never needed in the past. in addition, I was heavily pressured to get even more services. I will return to a business and take advantage of any services of interest to me as long as I am not pressured to do so. Businesses need to realize long term relationships bring more money than a one time sale. If I was not so pressured and over sold I would have returned on a regular basis. For fear of being pressured on every visit, I chose to not visit the spa again.
