The receptionist welcomed me warmly and had me fill out some information. Business casual interaction. I got one 30-minute massage on my lower back to upper back then a 30-minute acupuncture. The massage was medium amount of pressure in a circular motion. The oil used seemed to be scentless which I can imagine others that mind scent or scentless would like. I didn't really take note of the music - which is good that it is probably the more settled, calming type. The acupuncture felt like blunt needle poking at my back till I didn't feel anything anymore (I assume in entered my body). I just laid there. I think I was half-awake. It felt very comfortable. Then because I told them I have a weaker right wrist from tendonitis they gave me a light ultrasound massage. It was very pleasant overall!
