I can only do Gentle Dharma; but, I love the comforting way the instructors teach. My body thanks me. They also have special events and other types of sessions.

This is a great place. The teachers are very welcoming and it has a relaxed atmosphere.

LET ME START WITH... I NORMALLY DO NOT WRITE REVIEWS, BUT I LOVE THIS PLACE. The people are friendly and the teacher is amazing!!! I'm a beginner and overweight, not at any time did I feel insecure. This class was actually enjoyable for me. Sure, there were pros in the class that could perform all the poses but the teacher would give you a modification that you could actually do without embarrassing you. The teacher was so amazing, he was able to get ME to focus during mediation, which is VERY difficult to do. I was also excited to see the couple of kiddos in class. Please try this place before they run out of space.

The vibe is relaxing and there is no pressure. Love it!
