The technician is very nice and very professional. He makes you feel comfortable, especially if you're getting hair removed from a particularly embarrassing area.

It is a small office with only one person working (the day I went anyway), this is not a bad recommendation, but if this makes you uncomfortable, then this place isn't for you. The gentleman seemed very friendly and walked me through the whole process. It was a good experience for me!
