I have not used this voucher as of yet. My appointment was at 10am on Friday. I have the email and text message to prove it. A male rep called me on Thursday to confirm the appointment at 11. I told him it is at 10. He said there was a mix up in the schedule and I would need to change the time. I told him that I would need to look at my calendar. I have now called twice, only to get a voice mail.
