They did a wonderful job---pick up and delivery went smoothly and everything came back clean, soft and folded nicely.

Rosa here in Salt Lake is great to work with. She understands busy life and works with you on those particular OCD details that you might want/need. I love the fact that there is no judgement or underlying complaints from the service. They really do understand that life gets busy and sometimes you just need some help getting your annoying chores at home done. The detergent they use also smells great. Don't know how they do it, but it's amazing. Tips I would give... 1. Don't overload the bags. If they are too full it's possible that one bag will be counted as two, lol. 2. It is a great idea to ask all your questions, when they call for your first pick up. They are willing and able to take your hangers or simple instruction, so don't hesitate to ask.

Awesome & fast service very friendly

This was my first time using a pickup/dropoff laundry service (besided dry cleaning). Heather did a phenomenal job on the laundry, was on time and communicated via text. Answered all of my detailed questions and was very pleasant to work with. Well worth the money and will definitely use again!
