I called on Friday and had no problem making an appointment for Saturday. No extra charges. No updates. The owner was awesome. Overheard a mechanic explaining problem to another customer...very thorough and honest! I have NEVER encountered a shop with all of those attributes much less even one of them!!! I will definitely be back and tell everyone I know!
