Great job it just cost way more for pre treating. Got to read the fine print. I would use them again.

I was disappointed. Upon arrival, the tech stated my carpets were extra dirty, (which I knew) and needed an additional application of something that would cost me an additional $50. I was hesitant. He said he guaranteed that with it he could get the carpets 90% clean! So I agreed, after all, that would be well worth the extra $50. He finished and the carpets ARE cleaner, but far from 90%. I would say closer to 60%. I told him this and he said it was the best he could do. I said it wasn't as good as he guaranteed and he just told me he had already given me a better deal, etc. I should have refused to pay the extra $50.
