Service, atmosphere, hospitality were all great. Our appt lasted quite a bit longer than I expected. Was there for highlights, deep conditioning and cut. Time spent there 5 hrs, 10 mins. The product was gorgeous tho! I'm sure we'll go back

I had dimitri as my stylist and he was absolutely great. He made sure to cut a little at a time to make sure I didn't panic. The deep conditioning made my hair look and feel greasy though. Overall it's a great place though!

OMG this Masseuse was WONDERFUL! and the entire salon was nice, customer service excellent, In fact, I've already made another appt for next week to have my hair done there!

Go to LaLa for color and cut! Be prepared with images of exactly what you want and know what you don't want. They make sure to give you what you ask for.
