I was impressed by the shop, which was bright and clean. My green tea pedicure, given by Kathy, was great and exceeded my expectations. I was happy with the whole experience.

Everyone at 21 Nail Lounge is pleasant and accomodating. My spa treat was very thorough and relaxing. I would allow at least 2 hours however (depending on treatment) to get full relaxation experience.

Excellent ambiance and professionalism. Loved the neck warming scented pack and massage chair. Thoroughly relaxing experience! Waxing could use a bit more tenderness but clean and smooth job.
