I need a printed record of the oil change, the type of oil and filter used and the amount paid.
All I have is a credit card receipt for $5 for an extra qr of oil.

They were nice but slow with the car and initially acted like being asked to check the tire pressure was a terribly difficult undertaking -- for an oil change. After being told they would call me in 45 minutes to 1 hour, I returned to the shop 1 hour and 15 minutes later to see my car parked exactly where I had left it. When the service mechanic saw me, he gasped and then scurried out to get the car and got the oil change done. As I said, generally nice people but I wouldn't say the service was exceptional.
