have massage therapist ask customers if they would prefer a silent massage. Just when I was about to doze off, the therapist would start talking to me.

Patrick, my masseuse was fantastic. The facial was ok but nothing special. I didn't appreciate all the changing just to walk two steps into another room. Staff was not very friendly.

If you want a massage, ask for Patrick. He is really good and helpful, plus polite and spends the time to work out the kinks.

Not the best place for a massage as they use lots of chemicals in their manicure process and the entire building smelled like that. I'll use the rest of my coupons but won't return for anything else.
