Since its founding in 1994, Action Computers has seen the rise and fall of many technologies. Zip drives. DOS. Dot-com companies. But through every systemic shakeup, the team has held firm in stocking up-to-date new and used hardware, as well as refurbished systems. These range from monitors and desktop towers to sleek graphics cards and RAM sticks. When the team turns its computing knowledge toward repairs and system setups, it carries a commitment to top-shelf customer service and spending one-on-one time with each client—sometimes spending more time with the customer than the device itself. Many services can be performed remotely, precluding the need for travel fees or folding a technician into a cramped shipping box. Any parts that can't be repaired or refurbished get repurposed or donated elsewhere, living up to Action Computers' motto of "We recycle technology."
