This is an excellent place to go if you need a gentler, safe but effective workout. I lIke the new Jillian Michaels addition. The women are friendly and supportive.

I liked it so well that I joined up. Being all women, mostly middle-aged, and with a set 30 minute workout that I can do to my own intensity is just what I wanted for weight loss and toning.
