Great experience! I feel like my muscles were worked in areas that really needed it from all of the hiking that I do.

This will be the only place I go for massage and sports therapy. Jill is 100% incredible; she knows exactly what to focus on and makes sure that you’re comfortable through the entire process. I have very annoying shoulder blades and traps...and Jill was able to get me to a point where I could actually move and breath. I’ll also be making appointments with Richard in the future for deep tissue.
