Lisa can be difficult to schedule with and if you work it is especially difficult due to her working weekdays jsut until 5:00...but perservere as she is lovely. I went on a day that the heat in her building went out, unbeknownst to her and it was during a rare frigid cold snap... but Lisa heated water and we made it through the hair color process. The new studio is cute so give it and Lisa a chance. My hair looks wonderful, and Lisa was able to decipher what I wanted beautifully. Thank you Lisa and Happy Holidays!
